The main conversion project of “Silver Wind” is that: from double-bottom single-skin to double- bottom double-skin, 420 tons steel work, 117 tons repair work, 420,00 m2 tank coating and other systems conversion, which make it accord with the requirement of chemical tanker, so the construction difficulty is very big.
