On the afternoon of April 29^th, the delivery ceremony of "Maritime Emergency 1" built by SHGSIC Heavy Industry for Hebei Maritime Bureau was held at Beidaihe Fishing Port Pier. Qi Liping, Director of Hebei Maritime Bureau, Zhang Cailin, Director of Capital Construction Equipment Department of Hebei Maritime Bureau, Liu Lijun, Director of Oil Spill Center of Hebei Maritime Bureau, Zhang Haiyong, Director of Qinhuangdao Maritime Bureau, Yao Xuecun, General Manager of Qinhuangdao Branch of China Classification Society, Yao Hongshan, General Manager of SHGSIC Heavy Industry and Fu Xingbiao, Deputy General Manager attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, leaders and guests boarded "Maritime Emergency Response 1" with great enthusiasm. From deck to cabin, the ship's high quality has won unanimous praise. It is worth mentioning that in the process of building the ship, the SHGSIC Heavy Industry Department and SHGSIC Heavy Machinery cooperated closely, constructed meticulously, and submitted a satisfactory answer to Hebei Maritime Bureau.

Beidaihe Maritime Wharf Project of Hebei Maritime Bureau ("Maritime Emergency Pontoon 1") is the key project of capital construction of Hebei Maritime Bureau during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. According to reports, "Maritime Emergency 1" was designed by Yangtze River Ship Design Institute and inspected by Qinhuangdao Branch of China Classification Society. The ship is a non-self-propelled pontoon with a total length of 45 meters, a shape width of 10 meters and a shape depth of 2.6 meters. It mainly provides berthing for maritime patrol boats or oil spill recovery vessels. It can provide rescue materials and oil spill equipment for accident site in time. It also has the functions of on-site emergency response command center such as water supervision, rescue and oil spill emergency.
