On 8^{th July, the Second Session of the Board of Directors and the First Session of the Board of Supervisors were hold by Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co.ltd. Mr.Zhang Tao, the Vice-General Manager of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, the director of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co.ltd., Mr. Gao Xuehu, the Secretary of Tianjin Shipbuilding Industry Co.,CSIC Leading Party Group & General manager, and other directors and supervisors attended the session.}

On the session, the board of directors deliberated the Working Report of Chairman of the Board on 2010, the Working Report of General Manager on 2010, the 2010 Annual Financial Report, the Profit Distribution Proposal on 2010, the 2011 Annual Financial Budget Report, the 2011 Investment Plan Report, the Articles of Incorporation of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co.ltd.(2011). According to the Articles, Mr. Wang Changzhou had been elected the Chairman of the Board, meanwhile, he had been appointed to the General Manager, Mr. Wei Limin had been appointed to the Secretary of the Board of Directors, Mr. Huang Guiqi, Mr. Yao Hongshan, Mr. Fu Xingbiao had been appointed to the Vice-Manager, Mr. Wei Limin had been appointed to the Chief Financial Officer.

The Board of Supervisors deliberated the 2010 Annual Report of the Board of Supervisors and the Articles of Incorporation of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co.ltd.(2011). According to the Articles, Mr. Qi Linbin had been elected the Chairmen of the Board of Supervisors.
