Relevant work of CJ50, the first jack-up drilling rig construction in our company, moves smoothly currently. Material unloading and fabrication of double bottom block construction and team task have been completed.

    With the starting of this project, project management group is providing all kinds of relevant technical trainings to the managers and workers, especially the training about requirements of project schedule, quality, accuracy, safety, as well as drawing contents, to maximum enhance men’s understanding and controlling in offshore project construction progress.

    According to the different requirements of several regions in this project, project management group organized relevant departments to develop a detailed construction plan through analysis and estimation of manpower and equipment needs. In this plan, each department has its own unique responsibility. Design Department strictly controls the schedule of drawing supplying and makes every effort to prepare the production design and manufacturing procedures. For Purchasing Department and Distribution Center, the leaders of these two departments are directly responsible for this project to guarantee project material and equipments deliver instantly. To satisfy the high requirements in construction of marine products, such as high precision, strict welding quality etc., Quality Control Department takes measures to make labor reservation by training and examining welders. Meanwhile, CJ50 Precision Control Group is built in its precision control section, whose responsibility is to develop detailed precision control planning book and organize technical assessment of precision control in every step during construction, to guarantee the project precision in control. Due to all production departments have enhanced trainings and basic management during the project planning stage and get familiar with the relevant requirements of marine project in advance, the construction is moving continuously after it started.
