“Pacific Opal” will set sail from the berth on the 30^{th of March. After 6 months’ conversion,}  “Pacific Opal” has been converted from single-hull VLCC to VLOC, and the project quantity has got good appraisal from owners. This is the first delivery of conversion vessel in this year.
