On 16^{th March, Ship No.1, 120000 tons bulk carrier and No.3, 38500 tons bulk carrier launching and undocking.} System integrity increases greatly. There are 13 vessels under repairing, and there will be more than 10 vessels come into the shipyard to repair. Significant progress has been made in business management.

       By the middle of March, shipyard has confirmed 46 vessels to repair in first quarter, ship number increased significantly over the same period last year. Since the beginning of the year, Business Department expands the market of Germany, Japan and Northern Europe, makes the effort to develop high quality customers, and fully considers the production resources, strives to monthly quantity relative equilibrium. At present, business department has identification several high add value ship repair agreements with ship-owners from Germany, Japan, and Denmark, some of them have or are about to enter into the yard. 

       The production departments of shipyard implement adjustment and optimization around duration, quality, safety, strive to consolidate and expand the operating results with high quality high efficiency. The Administrative department refines and promotes cost control in material used, labor cost, kinetic energy management and comprehensive cost budget, to guarantee the realization of ship repairing output value and profit targets.

       At moment, the total amount of steel structure work of NEW MYKONOS, CAPE JUPITER, and NORD POWER has exceeded 1500 tons. Influenced by the Spring Festival holiday, outsourcing labor resource once appeared in a tense situation in early March, shipyard controls the  production rhythm effectively by reasonable allocate resources, to avoid production spot lad behind. In mid-March, the outsourcing workers gradually return to the factory, the pressure of production eased, steel structure has started extensiveness. At the same time, the quantity of coating work is also full. The owner is very strict with the quality, shipyard has taken several meetings to arrange the problem, strives to improve the efficiency of the coating production organization, and ensure the construction quality.

       At present, there are 16 vessels in under construction, under the joint efforts of each production unit, docking system integrity of 120000 tons bulk carrier is 77%, piping system integrity of 38500 tons bulk carrier is 100%.
