On September 3, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Equipment Industry Department releases the White List (first publication), which means the enterpries on that conforms to the Conditions of the Ship Industry Standard.In accordance with the conditions of the ship industry standard, according to the enterprise's  declaration, being first-trialed by the provincial department in charge of shipping industry and the central enterprise group (company) , through the evaluation and review by experts from the China shipbuilding Industry Association and the China Classification Society Organization, there are totally 51 enterprises conform to the conditions of the Ship Industry Standard, including several state-owened assets, such as CSSC, CSIC,COSCO,Sinotrans, are shortlist for the ship group's shipyard.In addition to several well-known private ship companies, for exzample China Rongsheng Heavy Industries Group Holdings Limited , the New Era of Shipbuilding, Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group Limited, Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group (SSG) , Sainty Marine Co., Ltd., Jinhai Heavy Industry and so on.

There are 5 enrterprises are subordinated to CSIC, they are Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd（BSHIC）, Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy IndustryCo., Ltd(DSIC),Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd(BSIC),Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd(SHGSIC),Wuchang Shipbuilding Heavy IndustryCo., Ltd

The government's policy will tilt to the "white list" enterprise in the future, shipbuilding enterprises strength contrast will be more obvious, thus improve industry concentration.
