Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co.ltd. hold a convention on 5^{th May to commend the youth staff who had made great contributions to the production and management recently. Through the steps of recommendation of basic level, primary election of Youth League Committee, public election, judging panel’s voting procedure, there were 15 workers such as Lu Sidong had the honor to award the title of Outstanding Youth Post Expert, 15 workers such as Wang Xiang awarded the title of Shipyard Star. The appraisement and election was not just a commendation of youth elite, but also encouraged and confirmed all the youth staff to devote themselves to the Shipping Industry.
