On May 30, 2011, Signing Ceremony for Delivery of the 1st Bulk Carrier named “HEBEI QINHUANGDAO” which was built for HEBEI OCEAN SHIPPING CO., LTD was hold in the company, CSIC Vice president Mr. Dong Qiang, Mayor of Qinhuangdao Mr.Zhu Haowen, HOSCO Executive Deputy general manager Mr.Qi Weizhong attended the ceremony.
Ge Enhua, the Vice president of Hosco, Xu Ziqiu, the General manager of CSOC, Mr. Wang Changzhou, the Board Chairman of Shan Haiguan shipbuilding Industry CO., Ltd. Concluded this ship delivery contract on behalf of three parties.
The vessel’s principle particulars are LOA:235m, BM:38m, DM:20.7m,DD:12.5m and speed:14.5nm,unrestricted worldwide service, 7 cargo holds.
The vessel was delivered in good quality and with owner’s satisfication. The other vessels of the series are under construction smoothly.
