On the 28^{th of August, the first batch seawater-desalting vessels begin to deliver. By the introduction of project manager Mr. Zhang Junsuo, the first delivery includes 10 big segments and 12 small tanks. At present, the second batch has been completed, and other six batches are in the different working progress.}
