On Jan 16^{th, SHGSIC held the First Time & 4th Employee’s Congress ceremoniously. The representatives debriefed and discussed the general manager’s working report, the open working report of enterprise business in 2007 and the report of “Collectivity Contract (Appendix) in 2008” & “Laboring Contract Management Method”. They talked over the working reports of each member in leaders’ team, filled in the comment table of leaders’ team and our company’s managers, voted and passed the resolution of above reports.}  

The First Time & 4th Employee’s Congress confirmed the medium-long period development aim that our company make thrice in the 11^{th five years and make twice in the 12th five years. In 2010, the economy gross should become 8 billion Yuan from 1 billion Yuan in 2005, which will achieve thrice of before and attain 1.4 million tons of shipbuilding ability & 350 vessels of ship repair. In 2015, the main economy guideline will attain reincreasing, which strive into advanced shipping enterprise procession and reach better and faster span development.}
