Shareholders shake hands with each other to celebrate the convening of first meeting
    On the morning of April 26th, Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd convened the first conference of shareholders ; directorate and supervisors. Four shareholders of million tons shipbuilding bases Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd, Hebei Provincial Construction Investment Corporation, Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Material Co., Ltd and Hebei Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd’s shareholder representatives or the trustees, which recommends with the shareholder attended the conference.
    The first shareholders conference agreed with the members of the first directorate and the board of supervisors. During the conference, Mr. Li Zhi was elected to the board chairman of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd, Mr. Cao Xin was elected to the vice board chairman. According to the recommendation, Mr. Li Zhi was appointed to the general manager of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd.
    Mr. Yan Yinghui was elected to the first board of supervisors’ chairman of Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd.
