CPOE No.3 Platform is the first new building project of bottom supporting drilling rig that COPE devolves upon SHG Shipping Industry Co., Ltd

    The main use of CPOE No.3 Platform is the petroleum drilling, petroleum testing and well repair for the sea bed condition non-ice area of argillaceous powder sand as well as the silt nature surface with low supporting capacity. The main system of platform is 17 units, which includes well drilling, electricity and the machinery equipments about 2,160 sets, and the platform design construction weight is 3,630 tons.

    CPOE No.3 Platform is composed of bottom supporting, upper platform and center supporting column. In the fore part of upper deck, there is an accommodation area, which can supply 90 persons to live. On the top of accommodation area, there is a helicopter platform. The length of upper deck is 76.8m, width is 35.4m and depth is 5.2m; the length of main deck is 63.6m and width is 36.4m; the length of bottom supporting is 70.8m, width is 41m and depth is 3m. The center supporting column has 6 big columns with diameter 4m, 6 middle columns with diameter 1m and 29 small columns with diameter 0.6m.
