From August 2000 to May 2001, the shipyard carried out conversion of floating dock "Royal Dock No. 1" for Daewoo Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Korea,
     Conversion of the floating dock"Yuanyang"for COSCO Dalian Shipyard, conversion of the floating dock " Soosan Dock No.2" for Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd, and a new building of floating dock blocks for Lloyd Werft, and the shipyard has developed efficient and reliable techniques and is rich in experiences for floating conversion and manufacturing.
