MV"HEBEI INNOVATOR" was a single-skin oil tank (VLCC) that Shanhaiguan shipyard had finished conversion to a 23000dwt ore carrier for HOSCO.

　　The conversion project contains:double-bottom adding;side-tank web frame reinforced;port&stbd top-side tank adding;lower stool adding;Australia ladder adding and 10 cargo hatches addition on deck All the pipes on the main deck were removed and refitted;ballast system bilge water system;hatch covers hydraulic control system and winches hydraulic control system were refitted or added.Now MV"HEBEI INNOVATOR" is the biggest ore carrier in China.
